Life Membership - $750.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Life Membership applies to a person who shall meet all of the requirements of the Annual membership and pay one time fees of $750.

Neurologists practicing in India - Free Subscription period: Unlimited

Senior Membership - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
