AINA is pleased to announce the winners of the 2018 AINA Neurology Trainee Awards. There were over 20 abstracts that were reviewed this year and the process was very competitive! These winners will be presented a Trainee Award during the AINA Annual Meeting on Monday evening, April 23rd at the InterContinental Downtown Los Angeles Hotel. We look forward to seeing you all there and recognizing these excellent trainees!
1st Place - Aravind Ganesh - Long-term Consequences of Further Post-stroke Disability in Patients with Pre-morbid Disability: Potential for Acute Stroke Therapies
2nd Place - Aaron Desai - Fentanyl Associated Infection Rates in Patients with Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage Admitted to the Neuro Intensive Care Unit
3rd Place - Lakshman Arcot Jayagopal - Screening patients for their immunization status when transitioning to B-cell depleting therapy
